Hi. What is the best method to dual-boot El Capitan and Ventura?

I have an HP Elitebook 8470p

Also I have an disk image of el capitan working on my Mac Pro 2.1 that I would like to clone and use it in my laptop.

Can this be done?

Can someone send me a how to dual boot with windows?

P. D. Is there a hardware recommended to exchange the optical drive for a SSD on HP 8470p?
