GA-X79-UP4 10.13.x (High Sierra) Installation

Hi fellows. I've just done a fresh installation of 10.13.3 High Sierra (via USB) on the dear old Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4
All working except for the usb 3.0 (I'll try to fix in these days)
For any question, folder requests or other stuff please write here. I'll be glad to help you.
BTW, I'm from Italy and I don't speak French!!

You can Post  Folder  EFI usb installer and Folder EFI of SSD on external link for sharing with us
also a text with Setup Bios and Bios version

Let me know. Remember that in most of cases the problem comes with the Graphics card.

It works!
I used the USB to boot and install 10.13 into HD.
But strange thing happened after the restart ...
I can not choose HD to start up.
The interface of the USB won't allow me to choose the installed HD to start up,
it shows only USB itself.

I tried to use other old start up USB to enter the clover menu and choose the installed 10.13 HD.
But the UEFI partition was disappear !!!
I can not find a way to start the computer and choose the installed HD to start up.
Do you have any idea can help me with clover or other boot methods to solve this problem?

Yes, I did the APFS partition.
And the UEFI of all my USB are gone ...
Therefore, If I use Mac OS Extended (Journaled) it should be no problem at all?
Please advice.

By the way, if I can start all over again,
How can I solve the no UEFI problem?
I even tried to remove the battery of the mother board.
But I still can not find the UEFI of USB in the boot menu.

The problem is solved.
I search on the web and try to use "bcfg boot rm (some unnecessary boot partitions)"
to remove some unnecessary boot partitions.
Then it suddenly works!

Sorry to bother you again.
I've try to find some solutions from the web, to deal with a shut down problem.
But not a one works on the X79-UP4 board.
Do you have any idea to solve it?

I did click the "Shut Down" menu, but it always restarts...  >_<
