(Resolved) Mojave on Probook 4540s

Greetings!

Installed Mojave on ProBook 4540s with Crhis111 guide & installer.
i7 3612QM
16 GB memory
AR9285 WiFi card
(tried to get maximum from this nice laptop).

Almost everything works.
Chris111 - thanks for your work! It helps.

Few things.

1) When preparing installation I observed Python's Cocoa module import error.
I googled it in 2 minutes - It can happen if python is not macOS native one but installed from another source.
In my case it was Python 2 from homebrew project. I put symlink to native one - and script works again.

2) AR9285 is not supported despite I checked corresponding box in installer app.
Repaired by copying old kext from 10.13.

3) Internal audio does not work.
May someone give me advice what is best way to enable it ?

Did you try rebuild prelink kernel ? attaching script for rebuild

If thats not work, you can try different version of AppleALC or use VoodooHDA 2.9.0
without AppleALC in Clover

Script did not help.
Installed VoodooHDA (via 1 installation option (UEFI)) - works now.

Check VoodoHDA with HDMI audio (Sony TV).
There is no audio

VLC shows two HDMI related outputs:
smth like HDMI audio & HDMI audio (encoded output)
But no audio.
I've checked with W10 running from another SSD on this laptop - it works.

Is it problem of VoodoHDA ? Should I experiment with another methods ?

There is another odd thing I wanted to ask you. I can't boot from the installer USB. F9 does not recognise the usb stick as having an EFI file, It does not offer me the choice of booting from the USB.

I have been booting from another USB.

What am I doing wrong here? It is acting as if there were no clover on the USB at all.

If you have setup UEFI Hybrid in Bios
Booting F9
Select the correct choice, you have Manny choice
Or try to change USB port

Except on one machine: a 4340S. The screen is stuck on 102 x 768. Do you have any suggestions to resolve this?
