(SOLVED) usb problem after post install 4540s

Intel i5 3210m

I tried to use Install Media guide, but I had some problem, because I need to create usb install.
So I used this command
sudo /Applications/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/macOS
After command done, I used Install Media step 2, create clover for my usb flash.
So I intalled 10.13 from usb.
After I used post Post Installer.

And now I have problem.
I launch Mac OS from clover and my usb devises not working.
But if I use clover from flash drive,  keyboard, touchpad, usb devises work good.

The issue its from your DSDT, so try to extract a clean DSDT.aml  no error and post here clean DSDT.aml

Maybe I need to delete clover from EFI, and run post installer for creating clover again?

Also I have question about windows, can I install it with mac on one SSD?
I think exist two ways, one try to install it from usb flash drive in standart way.
Second one is to try install it from mac os Boot Camp.
So for me, it's better to launch windows without clover, is it possible?

Why you said some thing wrong with EFI , I see your EFI and looks good!
Windows can not boot with Out Clover, if you have another SSD on the cady ( Replacement of DVD Writer) its better for Dual Boot

Problem is the same, all usb don't work.
But I had some magic one time, after I pressed f4 and f5, usb started work good, but after reboot problem appear again. And after new reboot with press this keys nothing happens.
