Im new to the forum, i have 8460p with hd3000 graphics, i come from Germany and dont speak french, but i appreciate the effort of the Montreal and France
team. Respect
Im trying to install Mojave 10.14.4 on my laptop but i always end up with a black screen when booting from hdd. Help would be apreciated

Yes I have used the exact the same guide... but to no avail to get the hd3000 to work properly

Maybe I don't know about your machine ?
some people report OK  without having changed anything on 6 Series

it is a plain old 8460p i5 hd3000 with hms Broadcom wifi... have 2 identical machines, I will report back in couple of hours

built the package your self on a working machine and try its suppose to work

do I have to select hd3000 low or do I just have to perform the patch on a 6 series ??

You have to select HD 3000 Low because its a DSDT Patch and your need for you laptop on any macOS
You have also select Mojave patch HD 3000 10.14.4

ok im gonna make my usb now with the new build package.

the hd3000 mojave 14.4 patch doesnt build on desktop...
no .pkg to be found on desktop

i have checked the option for 14.4... no pkg to be found and graphics show 3mb memory with 1024x768 resolution, everythig else works as espected

I know this is relate to 10.14.4 and dito command some bug in macOS Mojave

After appliying the 14.4 patch ... after reboot
hangs at IOScreenLockState 3, hs 0, bs 0, now 0, sm 0x0

does not boot anymore, do i have to manually rebuild kextcache?

i can only boot with fake id 0x00010000 under intel inject clover setting...
will try to debug and report... but the sound ist gone...

You can install macOS High Sierra and wait
it's weird because it works on my PC Dell Optiplex i5 2500 k HD 3000 and I was waiting for the confirmation of someone I know and trust
If the result is not positif I will remove support HD 3000 6 serie completely for Mojave

ok, have installed sierra for now, and it works flawlessly, with high sierra have i the same problem... maybe i have one of the problematic i5 processors

Edit. I have simply used the latest hp creator Tool from Chris and works every Thing as expected for Sierra

on mojave everything works until i make the graphic patch. thanks for your feedback

Je vient de faire deux autres testes Installation a partir de mon proBook 6570B
sur un SSD 250Gig
Test 1 ➣ install avec l'update du 07 avril 2019 sur le package HP ProBook EliteBook
Package sur le bureau ➣ Fix Graphics HD 3000 Mojave-10.14.4.pkg
Débranche le SSD et branche en externe sur mon Dell Optiplex 790 cpu i5 2500k
Reboot  sur la carte Video Interne aucun problème ca fonctionne le HD 3000

Test 2 ➣  Je refait Un SSD Mojave 10.14.4

changement du programme, il ny pas de package sur le bureau , tout est installer par le ProBook Installer maintenant pour les deux Option

Reboot  sur la carte Video Interne aucun problème ca fonctionne le HD 3000
