hovering during MacOS installation

Good afternoon!
After upgrading the laptop (i 5 -> i 7 and increasing RAM) I wanted to reinstall the system but the installer stopped at the line:
initialized /dev/rdisk5 as a 5 MB case-insensitive HFS Plus volume
I tried to use other USB and re-rewritten the image, but this does not help.

Please help in solving the problem.

change usb port
also change SSDT.aml but remove before changing

But why reinstalling for upgrade cpu and ram

As it turned out in the process of a more detailed analysis, the laptop did not “freeze”, but began to install the system extremely slowly. it took more than 2 hours to install))))
I visited several forums and found out that the problem is 16GB of RAM. Even the new BIOS cannot normally maintain such a volume during the installation of systems on ProBook 4740s. I took out one 8GB board and the system was installed in 15 minutes)))
I decided to conduct an experiment with installing Windows on a second HDD using 16GB, the situation repeated.

Strange ??
