i was install sierra 10.12.4 on Hp probook 4441s, audio is IDT 92HD87B2/4 not working. I wan fix it, i was made dsdt.aml, you can help me ?

I created file dsdt.alm and copy in folder Patch and reboot. My computer had sound. Thanks
I want setup high sierra 10.13,
But I've tried many ufi sets by many softs follow your guide but it doesn't work
